I am a qualified Chef with many years in high profile professional kitchens, cooking has always been part of my life and this knowledge gave me a great foundation leading up to my Holistic Nutrition studies. It also gives me a great insight on what really happens behind the scenes in restaurant kitchens and how that could affect your health. Another great thing in my kitchen career was my mentor role with Junior Chefs and to help them grow into great professionals, along the years.

Before Chefing I was a Brazilian State Champion in Professional Bodyboarding in 1995 before I shifted to Surfing. This was at the time, a battle with my own Ego and Self Doubts, having to start a new sport again from the bottom up after being at the Top level in Bodyboarding. I believe this experience thought me how Focus, Persistency and Humility can get you where you want to be.

My path into holistic health started from having to heal my own body and mind challenges. I used to have headaches everyday, I had a chronic inflammatory bowl’s disease plus an acute pancreatitis.

I lost my mother on the other side of the planet, which it affected my mental health and I had severe cases of panic attacks and anxiety, which affected my cardiac arrhythmia. 

I also had a major shoulder issue which it took me out of surfing and being able to carry my son Oliver for over an year. I barely managed to avoid surgery.

I looked Healthy on the outside, but I was really struggling on the inside.

On my healing journey I went to Plenty of Doctors, Massage therapists, Physiotherapist, osteopaths, Reiki Healing, 2 upper limb surgeons specialists, 1 neuro-spine surgeon specialist and a very experienced CHEK Professional. I could then notice first hand what worked and what it didn’t work, that is including 2 cortisol injections on my right shoulder, 1 cortisol injection on each C4, C5 and C6 (yes pretty crazy!) I can say with certainty that the CHEK System was what made the real difference. 

Now at 49 years of age I feel healthier and fitter than ever before. For this reason I wanted to learn the foundations behind my treatment, this was so I could understand even more about myself. Once I learnt the foundations, I felt the urge to go further, thanks to my Student Archetype which is very strong in me. I then took it to the next level and learnt a whole lot more. After learning so much, I realized that with the knowledge that I had acquired, that I could also help others. 

I then also noticed a very particular pattern in my relationships, where I always managed to have a great, loving relationship with all my exes. Unfortunately, I noticed that most people struggle with their breakups. Everyone else seemed to be in this really tough situation, where love disappeared, making room for hate, lack of respect, and worse, these "war-like situations" damaging a big part of the kids from these broken relationships.

This sparked in me a mission to really help people have great relationships so they can also experience love after their separation, creating a loving environment for their kids to grow. I have looked closely at what allows me to accomplish this and have also searched for and learned the best ways of communication and dynamics between couples from the best available resources. I have gathered all this information into an easy-to-follow system that I am now ready to share with everyone who needs it.

Thus I have decided to embody my Wounded Healer Archetype, this comes with the true soul calling to guide others to discover their own healing power. Just like I did.
